At ARTTIC Innovation, I work as an office manager and assistant to the management. Overall, my role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company and to free up the time of the management and the consultants so that they can focus on their core tasks.
As office manager, I am responsible for the entire organisation of the office – from answering the phone and welcoming guests to optimising order processes – in the most time-saving and productive way possible. Stressful situations are part of everyday life, but it is important to keep calm and plan the day. It is crucial for me to support the company in an empathetic, efficient, and professional manner. With my organisational skills, I always maintain an overview and ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly. Appointment coordination, meetings, bookkeeping, and personnel administration are among my many tasks.
As assistant to the management, I support the management in all tasks related to bureaucratic and administrative activities. This includes general office administration, accounting tasks, appointment coordination and external communications, communications with customers and employees by email, post, or telephone, as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and business trip planning.
The sunny island of Sardinia is my home country, where I started my career as a front office manager, reservation manager, and assistant general manager in hotel companies. My career has developed mostly in 5-star category, leisure, and business hotels in different parts of the world. As a communications talent, I speak five languages, which enable me to get in touch with different international cultures. I am glad to be part of the international and professional ARTTIC Innovation team, where I can expand my knowledge in communications and collaboration.
