After a successful approval of the subsidies, we are at your disposal as a project partner. We plan, control and monitor the course of the project and ensure that all contractual objectives are met and that all deliverables can be submitted on time and in the required form.
From the organization of the KickOff meeting to to the timely reporting to the European Commission or national or international Science Centres, from the corporate design to to to the marketing of the project results after end of the project, we support you at all points of the innovation process and thus guarantee the successful implementation of your project. For this we provide you with our know-how and our tried and tested project management tools.
